We want to know about you and where the puppy will be living. Please complete the form below and send a paragraph telling us about your family – please include the following:

  • Have you researched the Goldendoodle Breed? 
  • Do you have children;?
  • Have you ever had a dog before;?
  • Does your family currently have any pets? 
  • Are there any allergies to dogs in your family?
  • Do you live in a house with fenced yard; park/dog park nearby?
  • Time available to spend with your dog?
  • Anything else you wish to include.

Adopt a Puppy
Please indicate the approximate date you would like to add a puppy to your home. NOTE: we can only estimate when our girls will be ready for breeding.......They do not always follow our estimates.
A Guardian is a person (or family) who agree to raise and care for a Breeder’s Dog as a loved family pet for the duration of its breeding career. L.A. Doodles is the legal owner of the dog for the duration of its breeding career. The Guardian Home provides loving care to the dog for its entire life. L.A. Doodles pays for all breeding related veterinary expenses, health testing & exams and all costs involved in the whelping process. When the dog retires, the breeding dog is spayed/neutered at L.A. Doodles’ expense, and the guardian becomes the legal owner of the dog. There no adoption fee for the Guardian Family in recognition of the fact that this requires a significant commitment on your part to fulfill the breeding commitment for several years.
