After cleaning out our whelping box and doing a collar check puppies settled in to nurse from their mama and then sleep again. They spend about 90% of their day sleeping at this stage of life.
Time for cleaning from mom
After nursing, time for more sleep.You may notice in the video puppies “twitching” when they sleep -this is completely normal and is a sign of a healthy puppy!
